Benoît Pinier

Research Engineer

Dr. PINIER works on the numerical methods associated to the problem on fractured porous media. His formation in mathematics coupled with computer sciences developed during his university career and his doctorate in mathematics related to the study of turbulence allow him to develop validated and efficient calculation methods. During his career in hydrogeology, he contributed to the development of the DFN.lab platform and more particularly to the set of numerical methods used to solve flows. He also participates in the use of the code to model industrial sites.
