Etienne Lavoine
Research Engineer
Dr. Lavoine is a young doctor whose expertise is on numerical modeling in geosciences, with a special emphasize on fractured media. He is a graduate engineer in numerical geology and has a PhD in earth sciences from the University of Rennes, France. He has mainly worked on fracture network stochastic and genetic generation methods, and the characterization of their hydraulic and geomechanical properties.
