Mr. Sylvain leads user-interface (UI) design for Itasca software and develops the support materials needed to assist customers in the use of those designs.
This role includes providing designs and specifications to software developers, developing documentation for user interfaces, and design and maintenance of the systems used to create user interface documentation.
