Alan Jang
Senior Modeler, Ph.D., P.E.
Dr. Jang has 15 years of experience in hydrogeologic modeling as well as subsurface contamination investigations and remediation.
His expertise is in numerical modeling of single- and multiple-phase subsurface flow and chemical transport, including groundwater flow, reactive contaminant transport, and gas flow through soil media in the vadose and saturated zones.
Dr. Jang has developed several multi-phase flow models, including a TechFlowMP model (a three-dimensional multi-phase flow and multi-species transport model). Dr. Jang is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado and specializes in numerical modeling and software development.
