Cristóbal Valderrama

Cristóbal Valderrama is a Geotechnical Engineer with more than 11 years of experience in industry and research, mainly in numerical modeling of geomechanics-related problems, having participated in projects in Chile, Peru, USA, Russia and Kyrgyztan, including stability analysis of open pit and underground mining, hydro-mechanical coupling, creep models and fracture propagation. Furthermore, he has experience in quantitative risk analysis and uncertainty analysis, in-situ and primary fragmentation assessment and rock mass pre-conditioning.
